System function

The plant phenotype acquisition and analysis system is mainly used to collect and analyze surface type data of individual plants, including 3D surface type features (plant point cloud data, length measurement, 3D leaf area measurement, leaf inclination measurement, roughness measurement, projection area measurement, etc.) and 3D spectral data (spectral data of any point on the plant surface), to obtain multiple parameters of the plant at once. Can be used for collecting plant phenotype data and monitoring growth in laboratories, greenhouses, and experimental fields.

This system integrates high-precision industrial cameras and condensing hyperspectral cameras, combined with high-precision linear and rotating platforms, to achieve high-precision image acquisition of single plants at multiple heights and angles. Using 3D point cloud technology to generate three-dimensional information of plants; Synchronize the use of hyperspectral cameras to obtain spectral data of designated bands for plants, and generate a three-dimensional model of plant spectra based on visible light information. Each wavelength can be separately statistically analyzed. The platform can adapt to plant height, adjust the collection field of view, and can be applied to the entire growth cycle of plants. The equipment is integrated with a light source system, which can adjust the light source band and intensity to meet the experimental requirements of a single band.
